AA Media - Search listings redesign

We worked closely with AA Media to improve how users find AA-rated accommodation and restaurants across the UK, focusing on clarity, usability and decision-making across the journey. Using user research, competitor reviews, and wireframing we arrived at a design that worked well across mobile and desktop experiences.

UX Audit for Mental Health Social Enterprise

We carried out a UX audit for a mental health service supporting families, focusing on how people moved through the site and where they became confused or stuck. The work highlighted clear priorities for improvement, which we then supported the organisation’s web agency to implement.

UX Redesign of Leisure Centre Website

We redesigned homepage experiences across multiple leisure centres in the UK, with a clear focus on helping users sign up for memberships and book classes and events, including swimming lessons. The work improved clarity and reduced friction across key journeys.

UX Research for a Coffee Machine Prototype

We conducted in-person user research to evaluate the unboxing and first-use experience of a coffee machine ahead of a European launch. We recruited the target audience and observed how people interacted with the product, identifying issues and opportunities early in the process.

User Survey for a UK Magazine

We designed and ran a large-scale reader survey for a national magazine, with over 3,000 participants. The research helped the team understand reader needs, opinions and expectations, informing decisions about the future direction of both print and digital products.
