A 'core user journey' refers to the typical path users take on your website to achieve their desired goal. We'll collaborate with you to pinpoint your most crucial user journey, for instance - locating and purchasing a product in your ecommerce store.

Which competitors can we include?

We can look at any competitors you like. Direct or indirect as long as we can complete the same task and follow a similar journey through the site to reach their goal. For the most comprehensive competitor analysis we would work with you to brainstorm a list of competito user experiences we will include in the audit process.

How can you do a UX Audit so quickly?

We have decades of experience evaluating and auditing websites which means we can zero in on the key issues fast. We also have a streamlined process so that once you give us your brief, we get started straight away. When we take your brief, we'll give you an estimate on when we can deliver.

What does an 'actionable recommendation' mean?

Rather than deliver a list of problems with your website, app, or product. We aim to provide details of the problem and what we would recommend you do to fix it. Sometimes we will refer to other websites who have fixed the issue well, and other times we might draw up a simple wireframe solution.

What if I want to add extra things to the audit?

That's absolutely fine. You can amend or add anything you like. The Essential, Comprehensive and Ultimate products are set prices.
